Why disinfect anything in the garden? Its all dirt..
Disinfecting tools, surfaces and glasshouse in the garden can help prevent the spread of bad plant bacteria, diseases and harmful pests. It can also help maintain a healthy environment for your plants to grow.

what is the different between good bacteria and bad bacteria in the garden?
Good bacteria in the garden helps to break down organic matter and create a healthy soil environment. Bad bacteria, on the other hand, can cause plant diseases and harm the growth of your plants. It's important to maintain a balance of beneficial bacteria in your garden to promote healthy plant growth.

Why I prefer to disinfect in spring rather than winter and why is it beneficial?
Disinfecting during warmer weather is beneficial because higher temperatures can increase the growth and spread of bacteria and viruses. Disinfecting helps to kill these germs and prevent the spread of illness, disease and harmful pests. how to disinfect a glasshouse quickly

One option I was always taught is to use a solution of 1 part bleach to 9 parts water and spray it onto the surfaces of the glasshouse. Be sure to wear protective gear and follow safety instructions when handling bleach.
But i personally use another option, which is to use a commercial disinfectant specifically designed for greenhouses. Follow the instructions on the product label for best results.
